Pantone’s 2010 Colour of the Year: (sigh) Turquoise

2009’s Colour of the Year was yellow. I didn’t see much of it aside from a few Hummers that made their way onto used car lots. Turquois landed the title for 2010. Could the Teens (apparent term for the new decade) be the decade in which the eighties make their triumphant return? Might we see mannequins in The GAP’s summer window displays wearing a white suit and turquoise t-shirt? Eesh.
